Snow Removal Services
Potomac Station is serviced by three separate snow removal services depending on what section of the community you live in. Please note that regardless of the section, all residents are responsible for and required to remove and/or treat snow and ice from sidewalks that are in the front, rear or either side (corner lots for example) of their property. For county residents, per Loudoun Ordinance Part 10 Title 2 Chapter 1022. The Association is not responsible for removal of snow as outlined here. Snow should be removed 6 hours after it has ceased falling or by 12:00 noon the following day if occurring overnight. Likewise, Leesburg residents are required to have snow removed within 24 hours after a snow event.
