The Elections Committee is a required committee per the Potomac Station governing documents.  This committee is an adhoc committee setup prior to the Association’s Annual Meeting, normally held in April.  Early in the year, the Board will assign a Board Liaison who will work with and coordinate election material with the front office.  Volunteers of this committee are normally appointed the month prior to the Annual Meeting.

Volunteers are responsible for ballot counting at the Annual Meeting and to ensure the integrity of the elections and it’s results.

The Board Liaison may not be a Director up for re-election and volunteers may not be related to any nominee or Director up for election.
