The Potomac Station Covenants Committee provides an essential and required service to the neighborhood by reviewing and approving or denying applications for exterior modifications residents wish to make to their property. This committee is required to exist per our governing documents with the purpose that any changes to a property meet Design Guideline standards which address improvements for which homeowners most commonly submit applications for. Prior to a homeowner or tenant improving the exterior of their home or lot, they are required to submit an application to the Covenants Committee for review of the modification. The committee occasionally works with the Board to add, remove, or update the design guidelines. All volunteers are required to review and sign the Potomac Station Code of Conduct upon acceptance.
