Potomac Station Community Association

Potomac Station was incorporated in January of 1996 and consists of 1401 homes that straddle the Town of Leesburg and Loudoun County border.  Potomac Station sits partially in the Town of Leesburg’s Gateway District, a small area planning district with the vision to “be a place where people from the surrounding areas come to work in modern industries and visit for tourism, recreational, and entertainment opportunities. People living in the Eastern Gateway District will have great pride in their community because of its attractiveness and uniqueness.”  The Potomac Station HOA has several amenities available to residents including a Junior size Olympic Pool, basketball court, two tennis courts, several tot-lots and a main park with a small pavilion with picnic tables and a spacious clubhouse that can be rented by residents.  Additionally, the HOA holds several community events throughout the year!

Potomac Station has easy access to shopping districts such as “The Village at Leesburg”, “The Leesburg Outlets”, “Marketplace at Potomac Station” and many more that provide a wide range of products, services, and entertainment to meet your needs.  Medical Emergency Services are easily accessible and within 10 minutes at the newly expanded Inova Loudoun Hospital, Loudoun’s only designated trauma center, pediatric emergency room, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), and two additional ER’s located in Leesburg and Ashburn.  Both Leesburg and Ashburn Volunteer Fire and Emergency Services are located within 10 minutes of the community and the Town of Leesburg and Loudoun County Sheriff’s Department provide law enforcement for the community.

Most elementary school students attend Tolbert Elementary located along Potomac Station Drive with a small number of children attending Frederick Douglas in Leesburg (our Section 10 residents).  Middle school age students attend Harper Park Middle School, also on Potomac Station Drive, and High School Students attend Heritage High School approximately 10 minutes south of Potomac Station.

With so much nearby, Potomac Station is a great place to call home!
