The Board of Directors will hold their monthly meeting on December 16th with Open Session for residents starting at 7:15PM.  The meeting will be a hybrid meeting to take place at the community clubhouse with doors opening at 7:15PM.  Residents will not be permitted to arrive earlier due to Executive Session unless a resident is invited for a hearing, appeal, or other sensitive topic for discussion.  Residents wishing to attend virtually may do so via Zoom.  Information regarding login can be obtained from the front office.

Homeowner's wishing to address the Board during Open Session Homeowner's Forum should inform the front office in advance with their name, address, and topic.  Each resident will be provided a short period (usually 3 minutes) to address the Board.
