How much are the monthly assessments?

Monthly assessments for 2026 are:

Town Side

  • Single-Family Homes: $58.86

  • Townhomes: $79.51

County Side

  • Single-Family Homes: $94.06

  • Townhomes: $111.31

If you are unsure which category your home falls under, please refer to the Ward Listing Chart.

When are payments due?

Assessments are due on the 1st of each month.

Payments must be received by the Association no later than the 10th of the month. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing and delivery.

Payments received after the 10th are subject to a late fee.

How can I make a payment?

Payments may be made using one of the following methods:

  • Online via Click Pay. You can access the ClickPay portal here. If you have issues with your ClickPay account, please reach out to them at

  • By mail (check payable to Potomac Station HOA). Checks can be mailed to PO Box 30403, Tampa, FL 33630-3403. Please be sure to write your account number on the check.
