Section 10 Parking (Doyle, Edmonton, Twintree, McArthur, Legrace)
If you live in the Section 10 which consists of Edmonton Ter, Doyle Ter, Twintree Ter, McArthur Ter and Legrace Ter you need to have a parking decal to park in any part of the Section 10 area. If you need to register a vehicle for a decal, please fill out the Section 10 Registration form here and send it to the Management Team at pscamanagement@potomacstation.org.
Any guest vehicle that is staying overnight or past 10:00 PM must obtain a Guest Parking Pass to park in the community at night.
Guest Passes can be obtained virtually by going to the Parking Boss website. Click the Register button under Guest Parking. You will need to enter the guest’s vehicle’s license plate number, your address, and your unique passcode found on the Parking Boss card provided with your decals. If you have misplaced your passcode, please contact Management.
Vehicles that do not have a decal or not registered in the Parking Boss application are subject to be towed at the owner’s expense without warning.
