Parking

The Association has established parking regulations for Sections 4 and 10 of Potomac Station to help ensure parking availability for residents, maintain safe traffic flow, and provide proper access for emergency vehicles.

Parking decals are required for all resident vehicles parked within the following sections:

Section 4: Candlewick Square, Whitehorn Terrace, Sherbrooke Terrace, and Trident Square
Section 10: Edmonton Terrace, Doyle Terrace, Twintree Terrace, McArthur Terrace, and Legrace Terrace

Residents who live in these sections and need to register a vehicle for a parking decal must complete the appropriate Parking Registration Form for their section and submit it to the Management Team at pscamanagement@potomacstation.org. Residents should ensure that all vehicle information provided is accurate and current.

Guest Parking

Any guest vehicle that remains parked in the community overnight or after 10:00 PM must obtain a Guest Parking Pass. Guest passes are issued electronically through the Parking Boss website.

To register a guest vehicle, select the Register button under Guest Parking and enter the guest vehicle’s license plate number, your property address, and your unique passcode. The passcode can be found on the Parking Boss card provided with your parking decals. If you have misplaced your passcode or need assistance accessing your account, please contact the Management Team.

Parking Enforcement

Vehicles parked in Sections 4 or 10 without a valid parking decal, without proper registration in the Parking Boss system, or without a valid Guest Parking Pass when required may be subject to towing at the owner’s expense without prior warning.

Residents are responsible for ensuring that their vehicles and their guests’ vehicles comply with the Association’s parking requirements. Vehicles parked in violation of the Parking Policy may be removed to maintain safe and orderly parking throughout the community.
