Potomac Station Tennis Court Access Form

Completed registration forms may be dropped off at the Management Office between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM, emailed to pscamanagement@potomacstation.org, or completed below. Please allow 1-2 days for an application to be processed. Upon processing, you will receive a fob, which will be used to give you access to the courts. The fobs will only grant access between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM.

Tennis Court Rules

1. The courts are for the use by authorized residents of Potomac Station only and are designated for tennis, pickleball, and PSCA programs only.
2. All courts are available on a first-come, first-served basis during park operating hours unless otherwise reserved for PSCA Events.
3. Please be courteous when other players are waiting by limiting play to 30 minutes and rotating use to share the court.
4. When a designated court is not in use, the court is open to both sports. Non-designated sport players shall leave the court within 20 minutes of a designated court user’s arrival.
5. Please return all equipment to its original state, including moving pickleball nets off-court up against the fence when not in use.
6. Please do not bring glass, food, pets, bicycles, skateboards, or rollerblades onto the courts.
7. The court may only be used during the hours of 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM Monday through Friday. Once the court lights shut off, all persons must leave the courts.

**I have read and understand the PSCA Tennis Court Rules and have explained them to those I sponsor. I acknowledge that failure to comply with these rules may be grounds for suspension or revocation of access to the courts as determined by the Board of Directors.
