Section 4 Restriping Project

Beginning Tuesday, March 31st, Rose Paving will begin restriping all marked parking spaces in the Section 4 area. They will also be refreshing the stenciling on Reserved Parking Spaces to improve visibility and help prevent unauthorized parking.

The project will take place over two days:

• Tuesday, March 31st: Whitehorn Terrace and Candlewick Square

• Wednesday, April 1st: Sherbrooke Terrace and Trident Square

Work will begin at 7:00 AM each day and is expected to be completed by no later than 5:00 PM, weather and conditions permitting.

During this time, no vehicles may be parked in any marked spaces while work is being done, including Reserved Parking Spaces. Residents may temporarily park in the tennis court lot at 18910 Potomac Station Drive, the Clubhouse at 102 Valemount Terrace or any public street. The closest public street is Potomac Station Drive.

To help prevent damage to the common area, residents are not permitted to park in the grassy common area outside of Sherbrooke off Riverside Parkway. Any vehicles parked in this area will be subject to towing.

If you have a driveway, you may park your vehicle there during the project. However, please be aware that while work is being performed, no vehicles will be allowed to enter, exit, or travel on the street. If you do park your vehicle in your driveway, you will not be able to leave until the work on your street has been completed.

To avoid delays, Management has engaged the services of Battlefield Towing to assist. Any vehicle remaining in a marked space after 7:00 AM will be towed immediately, without warning, at the owner’s expense.
